No7 Special Edition Summer Gel-Look Shine Shades

Summer is on it's way.. but with the British weather, you would never know it! So with the start of all the summer collections and colours being released, our first pick for summer was for our nails. Now a chipped nail to us is like dirty underwear, just plain unacceptable. So polishes that promise to last are right up our street!

We loved the shades that No7 released at Christmas time and the formulation of these polishes is impeccable. They are so glossy and genuinely look like a gel manicure. They apply so beautifully, the polish has a nice thick brush, which makes application so quick and easy. We wore them for 5 days straight with no chipping, however there was slight wear at the tips.

 (mint treat - 2 coats)

(lemon drop - 3 coats)

 (orange spice - 2 coats)

 

(summer holiday - 2 coats)

They are such beautiful nail polishes, it took us 2 coats (3 with lemon drop) but if you were to apply the polish thickly it could be a one coat polish. However with two coats it plumps the nail and gives you the gel-effect your desiring, without the hefty price tag of a salon manicure.

We would definitely recommend you getting your hands on these as we predict that they will be flying off the shelves as they are such an amazing polish!! Make sure and pick up those advantage card points with your purchase!!
