My, oh my, before we even get into this review if you are a fan of a statement lip, but are looking for that matte effect, put your laptop, tablet or phone down right this minute and get to your closest drugstore and go and pick up this little beauty!!
This has to be one of the best lip products to come out of the drugstore in a very long time. These are basically liquid lipsticks that dry to a matte finish, and don't leave behind any sticky residue, or dry out the lips leaving you lusting for a balm the minute after application which we find is a rarity with matte lip products.
These liquid lipsticks are available in 6 colours, we picked up the number 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6. They have a matte finish but are velvety soft on application (hence the name) and they are also possibly thee most pigmented lip products on the market. They also come in the most handy petite packaging so its not taking up too much space in our always full makeup bags!

The only downside (and this is very minor) is that they do stain your lips but hey I guess that is inevitable when you buy a product that claims to have 24hour staying power!! So like we said to begin with, you have to go and pick these up! They are in most drugstore but remember to pick up those advantage card points at boots.
