Drugstore vs Department Store: Ren & Superdrug B Pure

Micellar waters are something that have become all the rage in recent years. Now obviously we all know and love Bioderma but with such a huge range of others out there, from £2-£22, I thought I would give a couple a try. The two in question are the B. Pure by Superdrug and the Ren 3 in 1.

Both of these waters work well with sensitive skin and something that I love about cleansing waters is that they are just so easy to use. With both these products all you need is a couple of cotton pads and bobs your uncle! No rinsing necessary. No mess, no fuss. I do feel that when using cleansing waters, regardless of the brand, it is always essential to use a separate eye makeup remover as they just aren't strong enough to remove mascara and can also cause some irritation if there is too much contact with the eye area. As with all of Ren's products, this does not contain any parabens or sulphates which is definitely something that more and more people look for in their skin care products nowadays.

All in all I would say that there is very little difference in these two products and both work just as well as each other. The B. Pure comes in at £4.99 (but is usually on a half price offer) and Ren comes in at £13. So whether you are looking to try a micellar water for the first time and don't want to splash out (B. Pure)or are just looking to try one that you haven't already (Ren) I would highly recommend both these products.
