Elf Lip Exfoliator

We love wearing a statement lipstick, however at this time of year with dry, chapped lips its just not possible. No matter how much lip balm we slather on our lips, sometimes you lips just need a little bit more. Now us girls regularly use a body scrub, but how many of you can admit to giving your lips the same care? 

The 'Lush' lip scrub is quite popular however it can be a bit messy in the pot. We love sugar as much as the next person but for us this is far too sweet and the idea of just eating the scrub after doesn't half turn our stomachs. So when we saw Elf's lip exfoliator is in the shape of a lipstick, we were very intrigued. No mess, no fuss, just quick and easy. Wet your lips and then buff it on in circular motions and use a damp cloth to wipe away the residue. Then obviously follow with your favourite lip balm. This works amazingly, it has your lips feeling like a babies bum in no time and is so easy to use and unlike the lush offering, this is not overly sweet which is a big tick from us.

One point we would make is that this is quite a rough scrub, so you don't need to be harsh when applying it, this doesn't effect our love for it and is something that you get used to very quickly.
