Collection Eyeshadow Pencils

Clinique's Chubby Sticks for the eyes are an amazing product, which we absolutely love, however at £17 a pop, before you know it you've spent a fortune. So when scanning through the aisles at boots recently I came across these eyeshadow pencils from Collection.

At only £3.19 each, its a steal and with boots regularly running a 3 for 2 offer, its too good not to pass up. We picked up 5 of them to try out. The light pink shade is perfect on its own or as an eyeshadow base. Match it with the pink tones in Urban Decay's Naked 3 and you've got the perfect smokey look.

Combine the golden shade with the brown and with the right amount of blending you can achieve a perfect smokey eye. Both these shade are reminiscent of the shades lots o' latte and fuller fudge from the Clinique Chubby Stick for Eyes range.

Now the dark blue and grey shade would usually be quite scary for us as they are quite bold shades, we found the best way to use them was as a liner. The blue shade is really gorgeous as its quite deep with a hint of shimmer through it. And we love the colour grey as a liner, (we especially love the Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner in Alloy).
